The short version
- We receive what you type into the inquiry form, plus the technical information needed to deliver it to us safely.
- Optional analytics is off unless you accept it. Declining sends nothing to our analytics provider and does not affect the contact form.
- We do not sell personal information, and this site runs no advertising trackers.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@drivedigitaltraffic.org.
01Who We Are
Drive Digital Traffic Inc. is a Florida business that designs and builds websites, custom digital tools, and technology consulting engagements for clients throughout the United States. This policy applies to drivedigitaltraffic.org and to information you send us through it.
It does not replace the terms of a client project. Once you engage us, the accepted proposal and the Client Services Agreement govern the work and the project information exchanged under them.
02Information You Provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, your email address, and a description of what you have in mind. You may also choose to give a business or organization name, an estimated budget, and a preferred timeline. When you submit the form, we also receive the time of submission and a verification token confirming that the form was completed by a person rather than an automated script.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message, including any attachments.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, or health information through this website. Please do not send them.
03How We Use It
We use the information you submit to:
- answer your inquiry and reply to the address you provide;
- evaluate whether your project fits what we do, and discuss scope, timing, and pricing with you;
- keep an ordinary business record of the conversation;
- protect the form and the site from spam, automated abuse, and fraudulent submissions;
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Website Terms of Use.
We do not use inquiry information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
04Hosting, Security and Technical Data
This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare serves the pages, terminates the encrypted connection, and applies its security protections to requests. As part of doing that, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as your IP address, request headers, the page requested, and the time of the request. We do not use that information to identify individual visitors.
When you submit the inquiry form, a Cloudflare Pages Function receives the submission and checks it with Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated scripts. If the check passes, the message is passed to an email-sending service and delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare email routing and a dedicated sending component. Turnstile and the form endpoint operate whether or not you accept optional analytics.
We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand how this site appears in search results and to submit our sitemap. Those are search-engine administration tools that report aggregated search data to us. They are not installed on this website as visitor analytics, and this site does not use Google Analytics.
05Optional Analytics
We would like to understand how visitors actually use this site so we can improve it. For that we use Microsoft Clarity, and only if you accept it.
When analytics is on, Clarity may collect:
- interaction measurements such as clicks, taps, scrolling, and movement between pages;
- aggregated views of where visitors spend time and where they stop;
- session recordings — a replay of a visit showing page content, pointer movement, and interactions.
Analytics is off by default. The Clarity script is not loaded at all until you press “Accept Analytics”. If you decline, no analytics request is made and nothing is sent to Microsoft.
The inquiry form is explicitly marked to be masked in session recordings rather than relying on Clarity's default behaviour, so what you type into it is not replayed as readable text.
You can change your mind at any time. Turning analytics off prevents the script from loading on later pages and instructs Clarity to erase the cookies it set. See Your Privacy Choices.
07Service Providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf or as independent service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery, security protections, the inquiry endpoint, Turnstile verification, and email routing and delivery.
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity analytics, only after you accept it.
We do not sell personal information. We share it with these providers only as needed to operate the site and answer inquiries, or where the law requires it.
08How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond, to evaluate a potential project, and to maintain ordinary business records. How long that is depends on the inquiry and on whether it leads to an engagement, so we do not publish a single fixed period that would not be accurate.
Analytics information is retained according to the settings of our Clarity project and Microsoft’s terms. Technical request logs are retained by Cloudflare according to its terms.
You can ask us to delete inquiry information sooner. See Your Rights and Requests.
09How We Protect Information
The site is served over encrypted connections, protected by Cloudflare’s security controls, and the inquiry form is verified before a message is accepted. Inbox access is limited to the people who need it. Because we do not collect payment card numbers or passwords through the website, those details are not stored here.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Your Privacy Choices
Optional analytics is the only visitor-level choice this site asks you to make. You can accept it, decline it, or withdraw a previous acceptance. Declining does not restrict the contact form, Turnstile verification, or any other part of the site.
The same control is available as Privacy Settings in the footer of every page, so you can change your choice later without hunting for this section.
11Your Rights and Requests
You can write to hello@drivedigitaltraffic.org to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Tell us the name and email address you used so we can find the right record. We may ask a question or two to confirm the request comes from you.
We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep limited information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or maintain a record we are entitled to keep. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.
Privacy rights differ between states and countries. We honor the rights that apply to you, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. Because we do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles, some opt-out rights have nothing to act on here.
12Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to us and we will delete it.
13Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when what the website actually does changes. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already sent, we will make that clear on this page.
