01About These Terms
These Website Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Drive Digital Traffic Inc. (“Drive Digital Traffic”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit or use drivedigitaltraffic.org and any page on it.
These are visitor terms, not a services agreement. They do not govern paid work, and they do not obligate you to buy anything. Work we perform for a client is governed by a written proposal accepted by that client and by our Client Services Agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control for the project.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website.
02Using This Website
You may read, browse, and print pages from this website for your own reference and for evaluating whether to work with us. You may link to our pages.
You may not:
- copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site for commercial use without our written permission;
- scrape or harvest the site at volume, or use automated tools in a way that places unreasonable load on it;
- attempt to access areas, accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access, or probe or bypass our security measures;
- interfere with the site’s operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the inquiry form or its verification;
- misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person or business;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken or where access threatens the site or its visitors.
03Website Content and Ownership
The design, layout, text, graphics, photography, illustrations, code, and brand elements on this website are owned by Drive Digital Traffic Inc. or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other applicable rights.
Visiting this website does not transfer ownership of anything on it, and it does not grant a license to reuse the content beyond ordinary browsing. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link to the page, and you may describe our services factually. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Client project work shown on this site remains subject to the terms agreed with that client. Nothing here grants rights in a third party’s brand, content, or software.
04Inquiries and Project Discussions
Sending an inquiry begins a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve our time, establish a client relationship, or obligate either of us to proceed. We are free to decline a project, and you are free to walk away.
A project exists only when a written proposal has been accepted and any required initial payment has been made. Until then, no scope, price, timeline, or deliverable is agreed, and nothing said in an email, conversation, or inquiry should be read as a commitment to deliver.
How we handle what you send through the inquiry form is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send trade secrets or regulated sensitive information through the public form.
05Information, Not Professional Advice
Articles, service descriptions, and other material on this website are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, or accessibility advice, and they are not a certification that any website meets a particular standard.
Website audits and evaluations describe what we observe within the scope agreed for that engagement. They are not a guarantee that every issue has been found, and they do not replace testing by a qualified specialist where one is required.
06Third-Party Links and Services
This website may link to third-party sites, tools, or resources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those services, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
07Availability and Changes
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, move, suspend, or remove pages, content, or features at any time, including the inquiry form, without notice.
Some pages may describe services that are not currently open for purchase. Where that is the case, the page says so, and no checkout or payment is being offered.
08Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current for your purpose.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, sales, revenue, platform approvals, or the performance of any independent third-party service. Any examples on this site describe work we have done; they are not a prediction of what your project will achieve.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drive Digital Traffic Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law are not affected.
10Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what this website collects, how inquiry information is handled, and how optional analytics works. It forms part of how we operate this site.
11Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent enforceable, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this website must be brought in the state courts located in Brevard County, Florida, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the federal court with jurisdiction over Brevard County, Florida. Nothing here removes a right you have under a law that cannot be waived.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the website changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the website after an update means the updated terms apply to that use.
