Before anything else
- Audits are not currently sold through this website. There is no checkout, no payment form, and no active purchasing process here. This page describes the terms that will apply when an audit is offered and purchased.
- An audit is an assessment and a written report. It does not include coding, repairs, monitoring, or ongoing support.
- Findings are observations within the agreed scope. They are not a guarantee that every issue has been found, and they are not a promise of rankings, traffic, or sales.
- Price, coverage, required inputs, report format, and delivery target are confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.
01Current Availability
Website audits are not currently offered for online purchase. This website does not operate a checkout for them, does not collect payment for them, and does not accept an audit order through any form on this site. Our website audit service page says the same thing.
This page is not an offer for sale. It sets out the standard terms that will govern an audit if and when one is purchased, so you can read them before deciding whether to inquire.
Status No audit price is displayed on this website because no audit purchase process exists yet. Any future purchase will state the price, scope, required inputs, report format, and delivery target before payment.
02What the Audit Is
An audit is an independent evaluation of a website as it is accessible during the review, followed by a written report of findings and practical recommendations. We assess the areas identified in the audit description agreed for your engagement.
Findings are based on observed conditions, the tools available to us, and information you supply. An audit is not a comprehensive guarantee that all bugs, security vulnerabilities, accessibility issues, or search problems have been identified. Testing is limited to the scope agreed before the work begins.
03What Is Included
The written report is the deliverable. Depending on the coverage agreed for your audit, it will include:
- findings organised by area;
- screenshots or examples where they help explain a finding;
- issues prioritised by significance;
- practical recommendations for each area reviewed;
- a summary of suggested next steps.
The exact coverage checklist, report format, delivery target, and any included clarification opportunity are stated in writing before you pay. Anything not listed there is outside the engagement.
04What Is Not Included
An audit purchase does not include:
- code changes, fixes, or implementation of any recommendation;
- ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or technical support;
- hosting, domain, or infrastructure changes;
- marketing campaigns or paid advertising;
- security remediation or penetration testing;
- certification against any accessibility or compliance standard.
If you want us to implement improvements, that is a separate development project with its own proposal and terms. A Client Services Agreement applies to that work.
05What We Need From You
You must provide the correct site address, lawful authority to request the audit, the information required for the coverage you selected, and any approved access needed to review it. Do not send financial credentials, card numbers, or passwords through ordinary email, and do not send sensitive data without our explicit secure instructions.
The delivery clock begins only after we confirm that the required inputs are complete. Incomplete information extends the delivery target by the time needed to obtain it.
06Delivery and Clarification
We deliver the report in the agreed format within the delivery target stated in writing, measured in business days from our confirmation that the required information is complete.
If your engagement includes a clarification opportunity, the number and form of those exchanges is stated in writing. It is a chance to ask about the findings, not a request for additional analysis or new coverage.
07Price and Payment
The price, coverage, required inputs, report format, delivery target, and any included clarification are confirmed in writing before any payment is requested. Payment is due before the assessment begins.
No price is shown on this page because no audit purchase is currently being offered. When an audit is offered, the price and scope will be presented with the offer, not inferred from this page.
08Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel before substantive review begins, we refund the unearned service amount, less any specifically disclosed onboarding service that was actually provided and any permitted processing costs.
Once substantive analysis of your site has commenced, the audit price is generally nonrefundable, because the professional service you purchased is being performed. Dissatisfaction with our conclusions or recommendations, or a decision not to act on them, is not by itself grounds for a refund.
If we cannot perform the advertised audit, fail to deliver the agreed report, or materially fail to supply the promised scope and cannot cure it within a reasonable period, we will provide an appropriate correction, re-performance, or refund under the circumstances and applicable law. We will not describe an undelivered audit as a completed sale.
This section does not eliminate rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
09Use of the Report
You may use the report internally and share it with employees or contracted professionals who are helping with your website. You may not resell the report, publish it as your own work, or present it as an endorsement by us.
We retain our existing audit methods, reusable templates, and background intellectual property. Third-party data and software referenced in the report remain subject to their own terms.
10No Outcome Guarantee
Recommendations are not guarantees of search rankings, indexing, platform approval, specific accessibility certification, traffic, or financial results. We do not control search engines, browsers, hosting providers, or other independent services, and their behaviour can change without notice.
Acting on a recommendation is your decision. We are not responsible for the results of changes made by you or by another provider.
11Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
We will not publish confidential findings that identify you without your authorization. Information you provide for the audit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your website, content, and business materials. The audit does not transfer any rights in them to us, and it does not transfer any rights in our methods or templates to you.
12Disputes and Applicable Law
The parties will attempt good-faith resolution after written notice of a dispute. Florida law governs to the extent permitted.
To the extent enforceable, and subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protection, a dispute arising from an audit engagement will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Brevard County, Florida. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
