Before you pay
- The E-Commerce Store Evaluation costs $349 USD, a one-time introductory price. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
- The evaluation covers up to 10 representative, publicly accessible URLs from the store you submit. The pages are selected for relevance, not to fill a quota.
- You receive a digital report with documented findings, annotated screenshots where they help, prioritized recommendations, and practical next steps.
- The delivery period is five business days, starting on the next business day after we receive the completed information and confirm the scope. If we miss that deadline and the report has not been delivered, you may cancel for a full refund.
- If you cancel, we retain 20% of the amount you paid, plus the share of the work that had been completed. The refund is the remainder. Section 14 sets out the formula and worked examples.
- We review public pages only. We do not implement changes, and we do not guarantee sales, revenue, traffic, search rankings, or conversion rates.
These terms apply to the E-Commerce Store Evaluation. The Website Audit Terms page is the terms document linked from our checkout, and it includes a summary of these evaluation terms. The Website Terms of Use cover browsing this website. Implementation or other project work is governed by a written proposal and our Client Services Agreement.
01Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply when you purchase an E-Commerce Store Evaluation from Drive Digital Traffic Inc. through the checkout linked from our E-Commerce Store Evaluation page, or when we accept your order in writing. They apply from the moment you complete checkout.
If you order on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
The evaluation covers the store you identify at checkout. You have the opportunity to review these terms before payment. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
If you later engage us to implement any recommendation, that work is a separate project governed by a written proposal and our Client Services Agreement, not by these terms.
02The Service Provider
The service is provided by Drive Digital Traffic Inc., a Florida business serving clients throughout the United States.
The service is the E-Commerce Store Evaluation, sold at the published price of $349 USD, a one-time introductory price.
Questions about an order, delivery, or these terms go to the address in Section 16.
03The Evaluation Service
The E-Commerce Store Evaluation is an independent assessment of your publicly accessible online store.
It is intended to identify observable usability, presentation, accessibility, performance, and discoverability issues that may affect the store's effectiveness.
The evaluation provides findings and recommendations. It does not include implementing changes to your website.
The review may include:
- desktop and mobile usability;
- website navigation and organization;
- product pages and product presentation;
- content clarity and quality;
- publicly visible search-engine optimization;
- structured data and relevant markup;
- accessibility observations;
- website performance observations;
- publicly accessible shopping-cart interactions;
- information that may influence customer confidence.
These are the areas the review may cover. They are not a promise that every area applies to every store, and the report describes what was actually observed within the scope confirmed for your order.
04Scope and Representative URLs
The standard evaluation covers up to 10 representative public URLs, selected according to the store's structure and the concerns you describe at checkout.
The selected pages may include homepages, collection pages, product pages, and other public shopping-related pages.
Selection is based on relevance. We are not obliged to review 10 pages when fewer are appropriate, and reviewing fewer pages does not reduce the price.
The selection is made by us, using the store address and any primary concern you provide. We will confirm the scope before the evaluation begins, and you will have the opportunity to correct the store address if it is wrong.
Incidental examination of additional pages does not expand the number of pages included in the detailed assessment.
Requests for additional pages or broader coverage are not part of this order. We will tell you if a request falls outside the scope, and any additional work requires a separate agreement defining its scope, price, and terms.
05Price and Payment
The published price is $349 USD, a one-time introductory price. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars, and the total shown at checkout is the amount payable for your order. Prices may change for future orders; the price displayed at your checkout applies to your order.
Payment is due when the service is purchased. Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure hosted checkout. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not receive or store your card number.
Applicable transaction taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Nothing is added outside checkout.
06What You Receive
The deliverable is a digital evaluation report containing:
- a summary of the evaluation;
- documented findings;
- annotated screenshots where applicable;
- explanations of the identified issues;
- prioritized recommendations;
- practical next steps.
The report is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.
The report reflects a professional assessment based on the information available and the scope confirmed for your order. Certain findings may require additional investigation, access, testing, or specialist expertise to confirm. Automated testing tools may support the evaluation, but their results are interpreted in context.
The evaluation does not guarantee identification of every possible problem.
07Delivery and What Happens If It Slips
The delivery period is five business days.
It begins only after both of the following have happened:
- we have received the complete information collected at checkout; and
- we have confirmed that the requested evaluation falls within the service scope.
Day 1 is the next business day after both conditions are met. The count is in business days, not hours, so the time of day you purchased does not change the delivery date. A purchase made at 11:59 p.m. has the same delivery obligation as one made earlier that day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, Eastern Time.
If we need clarification, we will contact you by email using the address you provided. The delivery period does not begin until the information is complete and the scope is confirmed.
If we expect a material change to the delivery date, we will tell you.
If we miss the deadline and the report has not been delivered, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. You may instead agree to a revised delivery date. If you do, we will confirm the new date in writing, and the same full-refund remedy applies if that date is missed.
08What We Need From You
You must provide:
- the correct, publicly accessible store address;
- valid contact information, including an email address you can receive the report at;
- sufficient details to identify the store being evaluated;
- any primary concern you want the evaluation to consider.
You must have the authority to request an evaluation of the submitted website.
The standard service does not require administrator credentials.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private customer records, or other sensitive information through ordinary intake forms or email.
If additional access or information would be helpful, we will discuss the request separately. Any such arrangement must be agreed in writing before anything is sent.
You are responsible for responding to reasonable requests for clarification, and for telling us promptly if the store address changes or becomes unavailable.
09Publicly Accessible Review Only
The evaluation is based on information and website behaviour reasonably observable during the review period.
Unless we agree a separate written arrangement, the review covers publicly accessible pages only. We do not review or request access to:
- login-protected areas or customer accounts;
- administration panels or back-end systems;
- private customer data;
- server, hosting, or platform configuration;
- private analytics accounts or advertising accounts;
- marketplace or payment-processor accounts.
An evaluation therefore cannot confirm private server configuration, and it cannot determine whether a website has been compromised. It also cannot confirm how a store's checkout, payment processing, or order management works internally.
Findings represent the condition of the website at the time it was evaluated. Websites, software, and external platforms change, and a later review may reach different conclusions.
10What Is Not Included
The evaluation does not include:
- website redesign or implementation;
- repairs or development work;
- advertising campaign management;
- comprehensive business or financial analysis;
- guaranteed conversion-rate improvement;
- guaranteed search rankings or increased traffic;
- guaranteed sales or revenue;
- penetration testing or a comprehensive cybersecurity assessment;
- certification of legal, regulatory, or accessibility compliance;
- private analytics investigation without separate authorization;
- exhaustive review of every page, product, or application feature;
- ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or consulting after the report is delivered.
Implementation, redesign, consulting, ongoing monitoring, and other services are not included in the evaluation purchase. Any additional work requires a separate agreement defining its scope, price, and terms.
Recommendations are provided for your consideration. Acting on them, or not, is your decision.
11No Guaranteed Outcomes
Website performance and commercial results depend on many factors, including product demand, pricing, competition, traffic quality, marketing, customer preferences, and external conditions.
Drive Digital Traffic does not guarantee that implementing recommendations will result in increased sales, revenue, traffic, search visibility, or conversion rates.
We do not control search engines, browsers, hosting providers, marketplaces, or other independent services, and their behaviour can change without notice.
12Intellectual Property and Report Use
You retain ownership of your existing website, branding, content, and other materials.
Drive Digital Traffic retains ownership of its pre-existing evaluation methods, templates, internal tools, and proprietary processes. Nothing in these terms transfers rights in those methods to you.
Upon full payment and delivery, you may use the final report internally and share it with service providers for the purpose of evaluating or improving the reviewed website. You may not resell the report as a standalone commercial product without our permission.
The report may include screenshots of your public pages. You are responsible for how you reuse or republish those images.
13Confidentiality and Data Handling
We handle information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what is collected through this website and through Stripe checkout, why, who processes it, and what choices you have.
Information you provide is used to confirm and fulfil your order, deliver the report, answer questions about the purchase, keep ordinary accounting and tax records, and handle refunds or disputes.
Your report is prepared for you. We do not publish it as a public document, and we do not use it in marketing without your permission.
Do not send us passwords, payment-card details, private customer records, or other sensitive information. If additional access or information would be helpful, we will discuss the request separately.
14Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 16, and including the email address used at checkout.
Because this is a fixed-scope service, the amount refunded depends on how much of the contracted work had been completed when we received your cancellation.
How the refund is calculated
- We add 20% to the percentage of the contracted work that had been completed when we received your cancellation.
- That total is the retained percentage, capped at 100%.
- The refund is the remaining percentage.
Retained = 20% + work completed (maximum 100%)
Refund = 100% − retained
The 20% is applied once. It is included in the retained percentage and is not added again on top of the completed-work percentage.
Work completed is measured against the scope confirmed for your order — the defined set of pages and review areas we agreed to examine. We track progress against that scope while the evaluation is under way, so the percentage reflects documented progress rather than an estimate made after the fact. If you cancel, we will tell you the completion percentage we applied and the progress it is based on.
The 20% minimum applies even if no work has begun.
Worked examples
For a $349 order:
- 0% complete — 20% retained, 80% refunded ($279.20).
- 25% complete — 45% retained, 55% refunded ($191.95).
- 50% complete — 70% retained, 30% refunded ($104.70).
- 60% complete — 80% retained, 20% refunded ($69.80).
- 80% complete — 100% retained, 0% refunded.
Above 80% completed, the retained percentage stays at 100%.
When the report has been delivered
Once the report has been delivered, the contracted work is complete, so the completed-work percentage is 100% and the formula produces no refund. This does not affect any right you have under applicable consumer law.
If we cannot fulfil our obligations
If we cannot perform the evaluation, cannot deliver the report, or cannot supply the scope confirmed for your order, we will refund the full amount you paid. The formula above does not apply in that case. This includes a missed delivery deadline where the report remains undelivered, as described in Section 7.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, including a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified erroneous charge.
Concerns
If you have a concern about the service, tell us first. We will try to resolve it directly and in good faith.
Nothing in these terms overrides rights you have under applicable law, including consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
15Work Completed Before Cancellation
If you cancel after the evaluation has begun, you may ask for copies of the work completed up to the point of cancellation, to the extent that work corresponds to the amounts retained.
You must ask. This material is not sent automatically when you cancel.
On a valid request, we will provide the available completed work product within 10 business days after the cancellation request has been received and processed.
Providing this material does not require us to finish unfinished work, carry out new analysis, or prepare the full report that was originally contracted.
Work product is not the final deliverable. Work product means the material actually produced up to cancellation — for example notes, captured screenshots, or drafted observations. It may be incomplete, unedited, or organised differently from the report described in Section 6. The final evaluation report is only produced if the evaluation is completed.

17Changes and Effective Date
